SAVILLS is holding a breakfast seminar for farmers and landowners at Easton Estate, Manor Road, Grantham on Tuesday February 28 between 7.45-9.30am.

Experts will be on hand to discuss latest developments affecting landowners, including. Common Agricultural Policy (CAP) reform, farm land values and regulatory changes affecting rural businesses in the area.

Speakers include Paul Ainscough, Head of Savills Northern Rural team, who comments: “We aim to provide local landowners with a round up of developments currently facing rural businesses in the region. From updates on farm land values, to the latest thoughts on CAP reform, we hope the events will be an opportunity to analyse how new rural developments may affect local businesses, whilst providing the chance to network.”

In addition to the seminar at Easton Estate, Savills is also holding events across Yorkshire and Derbyshire, including:

Thursday 1st March – The Crown Inn, Roecliffe, Boroughbridge, North Yorkshire

Tuesday 6th March – Rogerthorpe Manor Hotel, Thorpe Lane, Pontefract, Yorkshire

Thursday 8th March - Calke Abbey, Ticknall, Derbyshire.

Places must be booked in advance, to check availability please contact Savills on 01522 508 921.
